It enables Pros to run real-time purchase scenarios, share interactive sessions with home buyers via SMS, capture leads, and collaborate as a team — all from a mobile app. Chameleon Homes is a calculator and productivity tool; it is not a lender and does not originate or commit to any mortgage loan.
Who is the Pro tier for?
The Pro tier is designed for active Real Estate Pros — Loan Officers and Agents — who want a faster, more professional way to present mortgage scenarios to home buyers, share sessions via SMS, and manage their pipeline. It includes all core calculator features and the full lead capture dashboard.
Who is the Elite tier for?
The Elite tier is designed for power users, team leads, and broker-owners who need deeper insight into Buyer behavior, seamless team collaboration, and workflow tools. Elite adds real-time activity tracking, MyTeam threads, agent co-branding, and the embedded loan process task tracker.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Both plans include a 14-day free trial with full Pro feature access. No credit card is required to start your trial. You can explore the platform, share sessions with buyers, and test the full feature set before committing.
What happens when my trial ends?
When your 14-day free trial expires, your access will be paused until you subscribe to a paid plan. Your data will be retained for 30 days after trial expiration. Simply choose a plan to restore full access immediately — no data is lost.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@chameleon.homes. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the current billing period you have already paid for. No partial-month credits are issued. See our Refund Policy for full details, including the annual subscription pro-rated refund window.
How do I subscribe?
Visit chameleon.homes, create a free account, and choose a plan at any time during or after your trial. Subscriptions are billed in advance via our secure payment processor.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All subscription payments are processed by a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. Chameleon Homes never stores, transmits, or has access to your raw credit card number. All transactions are encrypted via TLS 1.2 or higher in transit and processed securely by our payment provider.
