This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased through Chameleon Homes, a product of 10X Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read this Policy carefully before purchasing a subscription. By subscribing to any Chameleon Homes plan, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Subscription Structure
Chameleon Homes offers two billing cadences:
- Monthly subscriptions — billed in advance on the same calendar date each month
- Annual subscriptions — billed in advance as a single payment covering 12 months from the billing date
All subscription fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in this Policy. A 14-day free trial is available for new subscribers; no payment is collected during the trial period.
2. Refund Eligibility at a Glance
Monthly — General
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for partial months at any time during the billing cycle.
Monthly — Active > 7 Days
If your monthly subscription has been active for more than 7 days, no refund will be issued regardless of usage.
Annual — Within 14 Days
Pro-rated refund available if a cancellation request is submitted within 14 days of the annual billing date.
Annual — After 14 Days
No refund is available for annual subscriptions after 14 days from the billing date have elapsed.
3. Monthly Subscription Refund Policy
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for the current billing period. The following rules apply:
- No refunds for partial months. If you cancel a monthly subscription mid-cycle, no credit or refund is issued for the unused portion of the billing period. Your access will continue until the end of the period already paid for.
- No refunds after 7 days of activation. Refund requests for monthly subscriptions will not be honored once the subscription has been active for more than 7 calendar days from the billing date.
4. Annual Subscription Refund Policy
4.1 Pro-Rated Refund Window
Annual subscribers may request a pro-rated refund if the cancellation request is submitted to support@chameleon.homes within 14 calendar days of the annual billing date. After 14 days, no refund is available.
4.2 Pro-Rated Refund Calculation
Refund = (11 ÷ 12) × $299 = $274.08
Remaining full months are calculated from the date the cancellation request is received. Partial months are not credited. The minimum refund period is one remaining full month; if fewer than one full month remains, no refund is issued.
4.3 Processing Time
Approved pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions will be processed within 10 business days of approval and returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

To submit a refund request, send an email to support@chameleon.homes with the following:
- Email subject line: Refund Request — [your account email address]
- Your account email address (the email used to create your Chameleon Homes account)
- The reason for your refund request
- The billing date of the charge you are requesting a refund for
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and notify you of the decision. If additional information is needed to verify your account, we will contact you at the email address provided.
7. Refund Payment Method
All approved refunds are returned exclusively to the original payment method used at the time of the subscription purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to a different card, account, or payment method. If the original payment method is no longer valid, please contact us at support@chameleon.homes to discuss available options.
8. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Chameleon Homes subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Specifically:
- Access continues through the last day of the billing period already paid for.
- No partial-month credits are issued for unused days after cancellation.
- Future auto-renewal charges will not be collected after cancellation takes effect.
9. Free Trial
Chameleon Homes offers a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card or payment information is required to begin the trial. No charges are made during the trial period. The refund policy applies only to paid subscriptions; there is no monetary refund applicable to the free trial period.
10. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error or you have a concern about billing, please contact us at support@chameleon.homes before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly and fairly. Initiating an unwarranted chargeback may result in suspension of your account.
